Refund policy

At Lab01, we design essentials with precision and consistency. If something isn’t right, we’ve made the return and exchange process simple, clear, and fair.


1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

2. Eligibility:

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Item must be free from any scents (perfume, deodorant, etc.)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be rejected.

 

3. How to Request:

To start a return or exchange:

Our team will review and confirm the next steps.

 

4. Exchanges are more recommended for faster resolution.

You can exchange for:

  • A different size
  • Another available product

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit
  • Refund

 

5. Shipping & Fees:

  • Return shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless, we delivered you an incorrect item or it is defected.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 3–4 working days.

Refunds are issued via:

  • Original payment method (if applicable)
  • Store credit
  • Instapay

 

7. Defective or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos

We will replace the item at no additional cost or Issue a full refund


8. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (after delivery).
  • Items with removed tags or missing packaging.
  • Items with odors (perfume, deodorant, etc.)
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions are final and non-returnable

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences 
  • Please review size charts carefully before ordering
